Spikes Misses Practice, 15 Patriots Limited

FOXBORO (CBS) - New England Patriots Linebacker Brandon Spikes did not participate in the team's practice on Thursday.

Spikes, who was limited on Wednesday, is still battling a knee injury that has kept him out of the last three games. He injured the knee during New England's 24-20 loss to the New York Giants in Week 9.

Offensive lineman Sebastian Vollmer also missed practice on Thursday, his second straight DNP.

Running backs Danny Woodhead and Shane Vereen were added to the practice participation report on Thursday, as both were limited with injuries.

Guard Brian Waters was a full participant despite fighting a knee injury.

The Patriots host the 0-11 Indianapolis Colts at Gillette Stadium on Sunday.
