MANCHESTER (CBS) – The New Hampshire Attorney General is warning that a women’s expo being advertised online may be a scam.

It’s being advertised online as the “For Us Women’s Expo” at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester December 10 and 11.

Booth rentals are being advertised for $565 and $1,000 and tickets are being sold for between $6.00 and $10.00.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Mike Macklin reports

But Assistant Attorney General Connie Stratton says the hotel can’t vouch for the event.

Stratton says anyone who has paid should try to cancel the payment, and file a complaint at the Attorney General’s office.
