Police: Teens Hit 100 MPH In Stolen Car Chase, Crash
DOUGLAS (CBS) – Three teenagers were seriously hurt after leading police on a high speed chase in two states in a stolen car before crashing, investigators said Friday.
Connecticut State Troopers were pursuing a Dodge Sebring just before 1:30 a.m. on Route 395 north when the car crossed over the border into Douglas, Massachusetts in Worcester County.
A Douglas police officer parked on Route 16 saw the Dodge speed by at more than 100 miles per hour.
He began to pursue the car and found the wreckage a short time later. It had left the road, struck a fence, sheared a utility pole, and rolled over several times.
The 15-year-old driver from Putnam, Conn. and a 16-year-old passenger from Dudley were ejected from their front seats and seriously injured.

17-year-old Skyelynn Mathieu of Ware was trapped in the back seat and pulled out by Douglas and Webster rescue workers.
All three were rushed to UMass Memorial Medical Center. One is in critical condition. The other two are listed as serious.
Police say the car was stolen out of North Grovesnordle, Connecticut.
