BOSTON (CBS) -Voting in Boston was light Tuesday, with just 18 percent of registered voters casting their ballots.

Ayanna Pressley, Felix Arroyo, John Connolly and Council President Stephen Murphy received the most votes for the four at-large Boston City Council seats.

Michael F. Flaherty, who ran against Mayor Menino in 2009 was  within 1,000 votes of Murphy for the fourth seat.
