Felger & Massarotti were joined by Jermaine Wiggins to discuss the New England Patriots and the release of defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth.
Did Haynesworth’s altercation with Defensive Line coach Pepper Johnson trigger the release? How much influence did Haynesworth have on the Pats defense?

The Patriots had luck with players like Randy Moss and Corey Dillion, how come they didn’t work out with Haynesworth?
How does the release of Haynesworth reflect on Bill Belichick?
The release should have no effect on Belichick, I’m sure Haynesworth was aware that anything out of the ordinary and he would be gone, He pushed this weekend and that is the end of him. We do not have enough coaches with the experience needed to help the players, Belichick can’t do it all but he sure looks like he is trying to do it all. He has done such a great job for all of New England but the man needs to give it up and get some experience help.
