DURHAM, N.H. (CBS) - A University of New Hampshire fraternity was already in trouble, and their problems have now escalated after a Saturday night raid by Durham Police.
Durham and UNH Police conducted a 6 a.m. raid on the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and arrested nine UNH students as part of a larger drug investigation.

All nine were released on personal recognizance and suspended by the university. Two other students were arrested for disorderly conduct.
Both Durham and UNH police are not commenting on the arrests for now, except to say the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.
A Durham code enforcement officer also deemed the Alpha Tau Omega house unsafe and closed.
The raid comes just a month after the ATO fraternity lost their official recognition from UNH after an underage female student got drunk at the fraternity.
