Spooky World Cleaning Up After October Snowstorm
LITCHFIELD, N.H. (CBS) - Spooky World is working to salvage its banner Halloween weekend in the wake of the unusually early October snowstorm.
Spooky World in Litchfield, New Hampshire had to shut down Saturday night for the storm.
Co-owner Michael Accomando said it was on the police chief's orders, and with attendance at the Fenway Park Spooky World location reduced by half, Accomando said they're out $100,000.

He said he's never experienced Halloween weather like this.
"We've dealt with some rain in the past, but we've never dealt with this type of storm," said Accomando.
Company crews are now in the process of shoveling out after they worked through the night.
"We had about six guys out there last night, working every hour on the hour with roof scrapers, taking all of the snow off all of the tents to make sure that we did not have any collapse on any of our tents," said Accomando.
Litchfield got roughly a foot of snow.
