Great Video: Implosion Brings Down Reading Building

READING (CBS) - A six-story building on Jacob Way in Reading has been reduced to a pile of rubble.

The town performed a controlled demolition to bring down what used to be the Addison Wesley Publishing building Saturday morning.

Police stopped traffic on several roads, including Route 128 while crews set off explosives to implode the building.

Once the dust settles, contractors will remove the remaining debris.

Developers are planning on building houses on the land.
