Denise Lam, one of the homeowners at 45 Chelsea Street said Saturday that her family had taken their neighbor to court to try and force him to tear down the dilapidated structure.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Carl Stevens reports
Lam told WBZ-TV that she spent Friday night evacuating her tenants from the building.
She did not know whether insurance would cover the damage to her family’s building.
The demolition also impacted MBTA Blue Line service. The T had to run shuttle buses between Maverick and Airport Stations while crews worked on demolishing the two buildings.
