Brady's Boston Penthouse Back On Market
BOSTON (CBS) – Tom Brady's Boston penthouse is back on the market.
The Patriots quarterback's Back Bay condo is for sale again, and is cheaper than the last time it was listed.
The condo is being offered by Gibson Sotheby's with a price tag of $10.5 million. Brady and his wife, Gisele Bundchen, originally tried to sell the condo back in 2009 for $10.9 million.

The property is over 5,000 square feet with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms over two floors.
The condo includes views of the Charles River, a landscaped roofdeck with sky kitchen, a grand living room with vaulted ceiling and dual fireplaces.

The taxes on the property run for more than $70,000 alone. Condo fees eclipse $8,000 per month.
