BOSTON (CBS) – It’s hard to believe it’s October.
Sunbathers, bicyclists, and canoers soaked up the warm sunshine at Artesani Park on Sunday.
It’s not just people enjoying the unseasonable weather. Louie the dog barked with delight as he retrieved sticks from the Charles River.
“Our friend here is walking her dog and playing with her dog. It’s hard to believe it’s October. It’s really like summer, and the leaves are still green too, which is kind of interesting,” said Janice, of Watertown.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Kim Tunnicliffe reports.
With temperatures in the mid-80′s, it feels like summer. Though, over the next few months, residents across the Bay State will likely be doing some shoveling.
“Let’s not think about that yet,” said Jack, of Newton.
