BOSTON (CBS) – The New England Patriots are without corner Leigh Bodden against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.

The New England corner is inactive for Sunday’s game with a groin injury.

Also out for the game are defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth (back) and corner Ras-I Dowling (hip). Both missed last Sunday’s loss to the Buffalo Bills.

The good news here is Patrick Chung is not on this list, which means he’s playing. The Pats secondary should have a little more stability, even without Bodden and Dowling.

Quarterback Ryan Mallet was a late edition to the inactives as well.

Tight end Aaron Hernandez (knee), offensive lineman Sebastian Vollmer (back) and d-lineman Mike Wright had all been ruled out on Friday’s practice report.
