BOSTON (CBS) – Red Sox owner John Henry was taken to the hospital after an incident on his yacht Friday evening.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Mike Macklin says Henry walked off the boat with a neck brace on.
An ambulance transported Henry to the hospital from a dock near the Boston Harbor Hotel, where Henry’s yacht, Iroquois is docked.

The boat was out on the water when the incident happened.
Shortly after Henry was taken off the boat, Red Sox President Larry Lucchino says there was a minor incident on the boat, but wouldn’t elaborate. He said he expects Henry to be OK.

At a press conference regarding the departure of manager Terry Francona, Red Sox chairman Tom Werner said Henry fell on the yacht. Henry was not at the press conference.
