QUINCY (CBS) - A man listed as one of the state's worst deadbeat dads faced a judge on Friday in Quincy.

Colucci's attorney, John DeVito, says Colucci now co-owns a company in Las Vegas where he was arrested and would be able to make support payments.
The child's mom, Melissa Cosman, says Gerard Colucci has never seen his now 16 year old daughter, has fled from payments before, and has not paid child support in years.
