Boston Globe Launches Subscription-Only Website
BOSTON (CBS) - After months of preparation, the Boston Globe has split its boston.com and BostonGlobe.com websites.
The Globe will soon start charging $3.99 a week for a digital only subscription to BostonGlobe.com.
Globe Publisher Chris Mayer tells WBZ that starting in October, access to the complete paper will only be available at the pay site.
