DOVER, N.H. (AP) – Several New Hampshire residents have been charged in Maine with trafficking heroin.
The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency says two people from Wakefield, N.H., and one from Rochester, N.H., were arrested Wednesday on allegations of selling heroin in the Berwick, Maine, area.
Police say the three allegedly made daily trips to Lawrence, Mass., to purchase the drug.
Separately, reports say a man from Somersworth, N.H., was arrested on a warrant to trafficking heroin in Maine, selling it to an undercover officer.
It is not known if there is any connection between the arrests.
