2 Suspicious Fires In Beverly Overnight

BEVERLY (CBS) - Investigators are trying to find the cause of two suspicious fires in Beverly early Thursday morning.

The first started just after 1:30 a.m. on Folger Avenue when a woman found her car on fire in her driveway.

The flames jumped to her home and the fire eventually went to three alarms.

One person was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

The second suspicious fire call came in just before 4 a.m.

Swampscott firefighters who were covering for Beverly, responded to a vehicle fire on Hershey Avenue.

The flames were quickly extinguished.
