DETAILS: Scoot ‘n Zoom children’s four-wheel plastic riding toy distributed by Radio Flyer of Chicago, Ill.; sold at retailers nationwide and online at Amazon.com and Target.com from August 2010 through August 2011. The toys were manufactured in the United States.
WHY: The riding toys can tip over, allowing a child to fall forward while riding and posing a fall hazard to young children.
INCIDENTS: The firm received reports of 10 incidents with six injuries, including three where teeth were loosened or removed, and three with chin lacerations requiring stitches.
