David Wade Takes Swings At Fenway For Jimmy Fund

BOSTON (CBS) – WBZ-TV’s David Wade took some swings at Fenway Park for a good cause on Saturday.

Wade hit a few deep fly balls and mixed in some grounders, and after he was done swinging, he jogged around the bases.

Wade was there with about 2,000 baseball fans, including Dana-Farber patients, at Jimmy Fund Fantasy Day at Fenway.

Fans were welcome to participate in on-field activities, tour the park, and test some of their baseball skills.

The event was held to help raise money for the Jimmy Fund.
