LEOMINSTER (CBS) – Firefighters from several communities responded to a three-alarm fire in Leominster early Tuesday morning.

The flames ravaged a multi-family home on Fifth Street that probably started somewhere in the top floor, where renovations were underway.

The homeowner, who was the only person in the building at the time, made it out safely.
