Borders Book Stores Start 'Going Out Of Business' Sales
BOSTON (CBS) – The liquidation sale began at Borders book stores Friday.
One of the many going-out-of-business sales is at the Downtown Crossing store where fiction is mostly ten percent off, while magazines are being sold at a 40-percent discount.
Even with the deals, customers are not happy about it.

"We're pretty upset," one woman told WBZ NewsRadio 1030.
"It's been a really big staple in bookstores, whether you come in to just buy books or just as an atmosphere to study and read and look things up. It's sad. It's really, really sad."

It filed for bankruptcy protection back in February.
