T&R's Dumbest Athlete Search Round 1: Hardaway vs Iron Sheik

BOSTON (CBS) -  The first round of 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher and Rich's search for the Dumbest Athlete continues with a 3-2 matchup.

#3 seed Tim Hardaway, former point guard selected 14th overall in the 1989 NBA draft, has made headlines lately for his view on the homosexual community. He told ESPN radio host Dan Le Batard "I hate gay people" in 2007.

Hardaway goes up against former wrestler, #2 seed The Iron Sheik who according to another former wrestler Marty Jannetty once clotheslined a woman in a hotel room.

In the first matchup, #1 seed Rickey Henderson beat out #4 Ben Roethlisberger.
