Passing Boat Helps Rescue 4 From Merrimack River

SALISBURY (CBS) - Four people were rescued Friday night after a small boat capsized at the mouth of the Merrimack River.

The Coast Guard says people on a nearby boat helped pull all four from the water.

All four appeared to be wearing life jackets.

No one was hurt.

It's unclear if the weather played a factor.

The Coast Guard says the area of the river can get rough and they see a number of incidents there.
