The Lobster Shanty in Salem serves New England’s favorite crustacean in multiple ways, including traditional lobster dinners, grilled lobster tails, and believe it or not, a lobster martini made with real lobster essense, a lemon twist, and a claw garnish.
The Boat House in Tiverton, RI is a waterfront restaurant that takes lobster macaroni and cheese to a luxurious new level. They stuff a fresh two-pounder with scallops, hand-made pasta, and gouda cheese.
