Gonzalez Gets A Rest, Youkilis Returns To Play First
BOSTON (CBS) - It took him 86 games into the season, but Red Sox first baseman Adrian Gonzalez is finally getting a night off.
Gonzalez will take a seat for the Red Sox Wednesday night against the Blue Jays, resting a sore neck. Kevin Youkilis will return from getting beaned in the upper back on Monday to take over at first, his first start across the diamond this season.
With Youkilis at first, rookie Yamaico Navarro will get his second straight start at third base.
