Stolen Phone Holding Deceased Daughter's Photo Returned To Fairhaven Mom
FAIRHAVEN (CBS) - A grieving Fairhaven mother has her stolen picture back.
The photo of Samantha Melanson's stillborn daughter was on her cell phone. The picture was of her ultrasound.
The phone was stolen out of her car while she visited the baby's grave.
Investigators found the phone at the cemetery using a metal detector.

"I'm ecstatic, really, I'm so excited, I was almost in tears when my Mom called me and told me they found my phone," Melanson said.

"Those pictures really mean a lot to me, because they're the only reminder I have of her, because I didn't get to spend a lot of time with her."
The thief was arrested last week, but he refused to tell officers what he did with the phone.
