Reward Offered To Bruin Who Drank Lone Amstel Light

BOSTON (CBS) - Among all the alcohol on the Boston Bruins $156,000 Foxwoods bar bill a few weeks ago, there is one bottle of beer that is getting the attention now.

Buried underneath a $100,000 bottle of champagne, 136 bottles of Bud Light and various bottles of liquor sat a single Amstel Light for $6.

The Dutch brewery now wants to know which player ordered the beer, and would like to reward him for doing so.

"We want to reward the Bruin who ordered the Amstel Light to recognize him for making a great decision," the company said  in a press release on Tuesday, offering to supply the beer for their day with the Stanley Cup.

The Bruins have said their bill from the June 18 party at the casino was exaggerated, and the majority of it was comped by Foxwoods.
