Whitey Bulger Not Likely To Have Visitors Until July
PLYMOUTH (CBS) – Whitey Bulger spent his first night back in Massachusetts in 16 years at the Plymouth County House of Corrections.
He'll likely stay there until his trial is over.
According to a spokesperson at the jail, a new inmate is not eligible for visitors, other than his lawyers, for ten days.
That means, if Bulger's family or friends want to visit him, it would likely be anytime after July 4.
The jail is closed on Sundays.
The Plymouth County jail is the only facility in Massachusetts approved to hold federal inmates.
