The red apricot-plum is packed with flavor, but it’s still important to make sure you’re picking the freshest fruit. Look for very red skin.
These fruits look and feel just like an apricot on the outside, but a bite reveals the flavor of a plum.
Loaded with sugar, apricot-plums have a fairly short shelf life of three to five days.
