Man Drowns Off Rockport While Fishing
WALTHAM (CBS) - Officials are investigating the death of a Waltham man who apparently drowned while fishing in Rockport.
The Essex DA's office believes 20-year-old Julio Concepcion of Waltham either fell or was swept into the water by a wave while he was fishing with friends at Segal Point in Rockport.
Officials said Concepcion's friends noticed he was missing and called police.
WBZ-TV's Paul Burton reports.
The current brought Concepcion's body to shore.
Concepcion, who did not have a life jacket on, was rushed to a hospital in Beverly, where he was pronounced dead.
