Police Arrest Hudson, NH Man After Neighbors Say He Fired Gun In Backyard

HUDSON, N.H. (AP) - A 49-year-old man in Hudson, N.H., is accused of shooting a gun in his back yard toward his neighbors and refusing to come out of his house when police arrived.

Police say several neighbors were out in their yards when the gun went off. They called police. Robert Drake eventually left his house at about 6:10 p.m. Friday and was charged with two counts of felony reckless conduct and two counts of unauthorized use of a firearm.

He was being held at Hillsborough County House of Correction in Manchester on $5,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
