BURLINGTON (CBS) – A 46-year-old man was killed in a crash on I-95 in Burlington early Sunday morning.

The man was driving a Land Rover heading north on I-95 when he lost control and rolled over just before 2 a.m. He was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the SUV.

The highway was shut down for nearly three hours.

Police are investigating what caused the driver to lose control of the SUV.

    Wow, didn’t see your comment, Joan, but it must have been a nasty one. My guess is you probably think this person deserved what he got because he wasn’t wearing a seat belt. Hope you don’t ever answer your cellphone, play with your radio, or do anything that might distract you while driving and cause you to have an accident in which you are killed. Some may think it was your own fault.
