'Fake Cop' Arrested For Pulling Over Bicyclist In NH
PELHAM, N.H. (CBS) - Police in Pelham, New Hampshire arrested a man who allegedly posed as a police officer late Wednesday night.

Investigators say 25-year-old Timothy Rutherford was allegedly driving an SUV equipped with flashing blue strobe lights, when he "pulled over" a man riding a bicycle on Old Bridge St. around 11:30 p.m.
The man told police Rutherford forced him to lie on the ground with his arms at his side. Rutherford then allegedly fled the scene and the victim called police.
Pelham police eventually caught up to Rutherford after someone spotted the SUV on Bridge Street. They pulled the vehicle over, took Rutherford into custody and impounded the vehicle.
Rutherford was charged with impersonating a police officer, false imprisonment, and infractions related the flashing lights on the SUV.
