Haverhill Teen Pleads Not Guilty To Motor Vehicle Homicide
HAVERHILL (CBS) -- A teenager accused of killing a man while driving and texting pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
Aaron Deveau, 17, of Haverhill, is charged with motor vehicle homicide.
Police say he crossed the center line on River Street in Haverhill and hit a car driven by Donald Bowley, 55, of Danville head on.

Bowley was airlifted to Massachusetts General Hospital where he died several weeks later.
Deveau was also charged with texting while driving. He was released on personal recognizance.
