Felger & Mazz: Cam Neely On The Bruins Power Play & Game 2

Felger & Massarotti were joined by Boston Bruins President Cam Neely to preview tonight's Game 2 match-up between the Tampa Lightning and the Bruins in Boston.

"I think for us it's worrying about tonight, not worrying about what happens if we're down 2-0," said Neely. "I have to think we're going to play a much better game. We basically handed them three gifts."

How can the Bruins improve on their Game 1 performance?

"We didn't play as well as we could have. We're going to play better tonight," Neely said adamantly. "I think everyone can be better that's down there on the ice and on the bench. I expect that to happen. I don't want to get too down about one game in the series."

Will Patrice Bergeron be playing tonight?

What does Neely think of Lightning head coach Guy Boucher's coaching style?

"He's done a great job coming into this team as a first year coach," Neely said of Boucher. "He changes things up as the games go on; he's done it during the playoffs. He's a coach that really thinks the game. He's got his team playing really well."

How much of power play success is due to coaching versus the players on the power play?

Will Tyler Seguin be getting more time on the power play? When it comes to making roster decisions, who gets the final word?

"He battled hard and competed. He showed that he wanted to play and was ready to play," Neely said of the Bruins rookie. "He's worked extremely hard and I thought he played well. I know he worked a little bit with the units on the power play the last day or so… that's an indication that he might get some PP time."
