Toucher & Rich: Rich Peverley: Boston Is One Of The Best Sports Towns

The Boston Bruins have to face the Tampa Bay Lightning next on their quest for the Stanley Cup.

Bruins center Rich Peverley spoke with Toucher & Rich about the Eastern Conference Finals, Patrice Bergeron's injury and Tyler Seguin playing in this series.

The guys talked about Peverley coming to the Bruins, was he excited when he found out he was coming to Boston?

"I was really excited to come to such a great hockey town. This is obviously one of the best sports towns in the whole nation," Peverley told them.

They also discussed the way the atmosphere around this team has changed in terms of popularity. Is he getting recognized around town more now that the team is getting more attention?

Unfortunately, this Bruins team may be without an important player on the team for some of this series, Patrice Bergeron. We know that the rookie Tyler Seguin will see some time on Peverley's line, how will this affect the line?

They also talked about Seguin's lack of physical play at times, did Peverley give Seguin any tips?

"The only thing I said to Tyler is that he has to shoot the puck as much as he can because he has a tremendous shot," he let the guys know.
