The Boston Bruins are headed back to Boston 2-0 in their series with the Philadelphia Flyers.

Toucher & Rich spoke with Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli about eliminating the Montreal Canadiens and the performance of the team against the Philadelphia Flyers in this series so far.

They discussed Tim Thomas’ performance in Game 2 with the Flyers. Does Thomas’ unconventional style between the pipes hurt him in his career in the amount of respect he gets in the NHL?

The guys also talked about the fact that this B’s team has still not scored a power play goal in the playoffs. How frustrated is Chiarelli to watch them not score with the man advantage even after making changes?

Adam McQuaid took a headfirst fall into the boards on Monday night in Philadelphia and did not return after being helped off the ice. Will McQuaid take the ice for Game 3, if not will we see Shane Hnidy? Did McQuaid show any concussion symptoms as a result of the fall?

The guys talked with Chiarelli about the Flyers missing Chris Pronger in Game 2. What does Philadelphia miss when they don’t have Pronger on the ice?

They also discussed the big differences from last year’s series with the Flyers. Are the Bruins more confident this year?
