BOSTON (CBS) –  Red Sox fans will have to enjoy a few more games without the “Rem Dawg” doing play-by-play.

Jerry Remy tweeted Monday morning doctors told him he has a “bit of pneumonia” and have recommended he gets it under control before returning to the NESN booth.

Remy missed over four months in 2009 as he recovered from cancer surgery and battled severe depression.
