The Boston Bruins were able to close out the Montreal Canadiens in Game 7 and now prepare to take on the Philadelphia Flyers.

Shawn Thornton joined Toucher & Rich to talk about eliminating the Canadiens, Montreal’s flopping, the officiating throughout the series and heading to Philadelphia.

They discussed Monteal’s style of play in this series, how frustrating is all the flopping?

They also talked about Milan Lucic’s performance and the fact that he’s visibly frustrated. Is there a confidence issue?

The guys looked ahead to the next round and the Philadelphia Flyers. Is Thornton glad that they have a chance to play the Flyers again in the playoffs after last year? Is what happened last year used as a motivational tool?
