The winner of the girl’s race, Sonya Jampel, said crossing the finish line was a thrill.

“It feels amazing, because you know that all these really famous people and so many people’s dreams have been made crossing this finish line, and you just get to be like another part of it,” said

Sonya said she has watched the marathon all her life and plans to run it herself some day.
