BOSTON (CBS) - The Celtics announced on Saturday that Shaquille O'Neal will not be ready to play in game one of the playoffs on Sunday against the New York Knicks.

The team doctor said Shaq is progressing, but is still not ready to play.

The team did not give a timeline for his return.

O'Neal, out since April 3 with a calf sprain, averaged 9.2 points and 4.8 rebounds in 37 games for Boston.
