FORTH WORTH, TX (CBS) – A Texas judge has issued a restraining order against a British tabloid accused of harassing a man who just received a full face transplant at Brigham And Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Dallas Wiens says he made a deal with the British tabloid that they could take pictures and video of him in exchange for $1000.
But, Wiens says they never paid him and now they’re harassing him.
Wiens, who had much of his face burned off in an electrical accident, became the nation’s first full face transplant recipient last month.
