ROXBURY (CBS) – MBTA Police announced on Wednesday that they’ve arrested two teenagers involved in an assault on a T bus driver.

Nineteen-year-old Michael Baptista and 18-year-old Felix Garcia, both of Roxbury face felony charges for interference with a bus driver and assault and battery on a public employee.

If convicted on the interference charge, the men could both be looking at a maximum 20 years in prison.

The MBTA said the 39-year-old bus driver was attacked on Monday after he apparently asked one of the passengers to put out a cigarette.  The attack caused the bus to hit a building.

Roxbury has some tough areas, I remember them well growing up, But back then it was petty stuff. Now a days, its worse… Throw the book at these punks. Make examples of them ..

Give them the full 20 years, with no parole.

Re-introduce stockades. Put these two punks on display and pelt them with rotten eggs… then ship them off to prison for twenty years.
