Should Unidentified 911 Remains Be Be Part Of Ground Zero Memorial?

 Some victims families feel that having their loved ones remains deposited 70 feet below Ground Zero as part of a public display is disrespectful. Mayor Bloomberg thinks the concept is "beautiful."
