Shot Fired At Troopers Working On Expressway In Medford

BOSTON (CBS) – Massachusetts State Police say two troopers were shot at early Saturday morning.

They were working a detail on Route 93 North by Route 60 in Medford when a white Nissan Sentra drove by at around  1 a.m.   Police say a single shot was fired from the back seat  in their direction.

No one or nothing was struck in the immediate area.
So far, no arrests have been made.

If no one was hit and nothing was struck are we taking these officers word that a shot was indeed fired? Where is the proof? In my opinion looks like maybe they are trying o get early retirement or up the anty on the detail pay.

Perhaps trying to get more money for each detail saying it is now hazardous cuase they are being shot at? What a joke.

There is no “hazard” pay for a detail, so they won’t get any money and getting shot at won’t lead to an early retirement. So no financial incentive is here….maybe Buddy ought to get his facts straight before running his fingers.

Why do I find this hard to believe?

The Troopers wouldn’t make it up……..WOULD THEY???????
