PROVINCETOWN (CBS) — A man from Taunton is dead and another charged with domestic violence after a man’s body was found at a campground in Provincetown over the weekend.

Police say the body of David Walton was found at the Coastal Acres Campground under some blankets.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Lana Jones reports.

Authorities say James Costello, who is also from Taunton, was lying next to Walton’s body.

The District Attorney’s Office released a statement saying Costello was awakened and taken to the hospital. He is now charged with domestic violence and assault and battery with a shod foot.

Costello is being held without bail pending a competency hearing.
