Dan Roche spoke with Toucher & Rich about the Boston Red Sox season opener and the lineup.

The guys discussed J.D. Drew not being in the lineup for the first game of the season.

They also discussed the fact that this team is so strong with left handed batters, could they afford to lose a right handed bat to injury and still succeed?

Carl Crawford was also a topic of discussion. It seems that having him on this team is sort of a luxury.

Keep talking about how strong they are. I watched the first two games and saw their infamous pitching staff give up 21 runs. Second biggest payroll in the major leagues and they look like garbage. Turn your hats inside out and smash a whipped cream pie in their fancy boy faces. The Red Sox are nothing more than a bunch or overpaid clowns.
