FALMOUTH (AP) – Law enforcement authorities on Cape Cod say they have broken up a major drug ring operating in the area.
Federal, state and local law enforcement officials are holding a news conference in Falmouth on Thursday afternoon to discuss the arrest of more than 20 people allegedly part of a large scale heroin and cocaine distribution ring.
Agencies expected to participate in the news conference are the U.S. attorney’s office in Boston, the FBI, the Cape and Islands district attorney’s office, the U.S. Postal Service as well as Falmouth and Mashpee police.
