    Great Medical Minute Dr.Feingold. Your right on – 75% of the population needs to get up and move more. As you suggested – 5x a week for about an hour is a great goal but not very doable for most people. Check out Koko FitClub at where members are seeing great results in as little as 2.5 hours a week. We believe its the quality (not quantity) of that exercise that really counts and where the focus should be.
