Gas Prices Keep Creeping Up

BOSTON (CBS) - Gasoline prices were up another $0.03 in Massachusetts the week of March 6, 2011, to $3.48 per gallon.

According to AAA, the increase was the fourth in as many weeks.

Mary Maguire of AAA Southern New England tells WBZ NewsRadio 1030 there are deals to be found. "This week's low end of the range is $3.39. So, you want to be aiming for $3.39 when you're shopping around," she says.

The average cost of a gallon of regular unleaded gas had risen $0.36 in a month.

The price was still $0.08 below the national average.
